For this print, the linoleum block used for Spumante was reworked and printed in two colors on hand-colored paper. Alba (the Gaelic name for Scotland) was inspired by the bruise-purple mercurial sky and the ruffled golden-green moorland that are so characteristic of the Scottish landscape.
